How Much Do I Need?
For Tattoos:
- 10g Tube for an ankle or wrist type tattoo
- 3x10g Tube for the tattoo of the size of your palm
- 4-6x10 g Tube for larger parts like shoulder, lower leg calf and upper arm (everyone's body size is different)
- 6-9x10 g Tubes for full upper arm and full lower leg
For Piercing:

For Waxing and Laser:

How Do I Apply The Product to Last the Longest?
Step 1 - Before using test your skin on a small area for allergic reaction.
Step 2 - Exfoliate the area from any dead skin and clean with an anesthetic like alcohol.
Step 3 - Spread a small amount of cream on the skin and rub gently so the cream and skin stick together. Then apply a second layer of cream to the skin. You want about 1/8 inches or 2 coins thick)
Step 4 - Cover the cream with plastic wrap to keep the cream temperature compatible with the skin temperature. You must leave this wrapped for 45-60 mins to get the best results. Your tattoo artist will remove the wrap and clean the cream off before starting their work.
How to Make a Quick Procedure Application?If you want to numb quickly, cover the plastic wrap with a towel (50℃~60℃) again and keep it for 5-10 minutes (it will become numb after 20-25 minutes). Though we recommend waiting the full 60 mins as noted above.

Once we have processed the order and handed it over to the shipping company we are no longer able to help with the shipping process. It is up to the client to provide us with the correct shipping details and pick up their package when available at a drop off location. We ship with UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with sticker in mint condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
